About the role
The Regulatory Data Analysts primary responsibility is to support, collect, disposition, and record information from regulatory filings at more than 80 countries across the world. As part of the international regulatory affairs group, managing this information contributes to timely execution and approval or clearance of filings that help to make our products available and improve lives.
The scope of support includes both existing and new products from all divisions across Boston Scientific. The work is task:based and will require support to multiple filings and activities at the same time and may require interaction with cross:functional team members from R and D, Packaging, Labeling, Supplier Engineering, and Operations.
Your responsibilities include:

Communicate with regulatory specialists across the world to collect information from the filings, registrations, and submissions
:
Review and confirm information provided for completeness
:
Load data in to database or spreadsheets
:
Collect data from internal sources and enter in to the database
:
Consistently create and maintain highly accurate data at all times. The information is used globally, so high quality work is of utmost importance
:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal team members about the status of assigned activities.

Availability to work under a 6 months contract as consultant
Basic Qualifications:
:
Technical or Vocational College certificate required with 1:2 years previous work experience
:
Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office software tools
:
Fluent in verbal and written English
:
Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with databases and data management
:
Educational or work experience with medical device regulatory practices
:
4:year bachelors degree in a science or engineering discipline with 0:1 years previous work experience

Knowledge of medical device industry or products
:
Previous experience in a regulated industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
:
Proactive attitude towards situations of uncertainty
