We are currently seeking a Remedy Force Developer to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR:H), Costa Rica (CR).
Description of Responsibilities:
The Remedyforce Consultants responsibility will involve developing functionality within the systems
The Remedyforce Developer will provide subject matter expertise on the BMC Remedyforce tool suite. This resource will work with process development and program management team to analyze, design, test, deploy, and support a comprehensive RemedyForce ITSM solution.
Skill Set:
5+ year of experience in the IT
Minimum of 3+ years experience with developing in the RemedyForce environment
Windows/Linux experience
Provide technical subject matter expertise around the following solutions:BMC Remedyforce suite and ancillary technologies
Service Desk (Incident and Problem Management)
Change Management (Change and Release Management)
Asset Management
CMDB
Service Level Mgt.
Service Request Mgt.
Experience Developing, configuring and integrating Remedyforce solutions
Remedy performance tuning and optimization
Skilled in analyzing business requirements
Excellent customer:facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum
Very familiar with the Salesforce Force framework, with hands:on development experience with APEX and VisualForce.
Integration Experience
Strong Apex code and Visualforce experience
Visualforce Pages
Apex Data loader
Apex Programming
