Reservation Agent

We are an Inbound Tour Operator committed with sustainability that offers travel packages around Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua. We are looking for a professional and talented person to join our reservations department.

Job Description:

• Processing all the reservations for the services purchased by customers, such as: hotels, tours, transportation, guides and others.
• Prepare itineraries and welcome packages in English, German or French languages.
• Provide customer service to passengers while visiting the country (24/7 Emergency phone attendance).
• Among other functions.

Qualifications and skills required:

• High level of English language and preferably with knowledge of other languages (French and/or German)
• Excellent computer skills of MS office & internet.
• Oriented to sales & customer service.
• 1 year of minimum of experience in an Inbound Tour Operator in reservations department.
• Availability to work after hours when needed and to attend Fam Trips.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; very proactive, responsible, team work oriented, enthusiastic and creative person.
• Able to work under pressure.
