Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone.
Update reservation records and modifications according to demand.
Provides information and advice in order to ensure clients? satisfaction and adherence to Las Catalinas services standards.
Keeps close contact with regular guests, ensuring their needs are identified,
Close communication with all departments to ensure service delivery.
Requeriments
Experience in Reservatios
Degree in Administration, Tourism or similar career
English oral and written advanced
General knowledge in OPERA or any other PMS system.
