Requisition ID: BUS003290 MSD's Business Service Center (BSC), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSC : Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the Americas region
The Role Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the GPO on job roles creation working closely with the Role Management team, will also provide role educational sessions and provide business solutions to role requestors within the SLA's established.
Position Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide business solutions to role requestors.
Work close with GPOs on roles creation.
Provide role education sessions when required.
Support other Role Management stewards, by providing cover when unavailable
Ensures compliance with data privacy.
Performs other activities and special projects as directed by the Role Management Specialist or
Master data management :leadership
team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in, industrial engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (or career in progress)
- Business level fluency in English and Spanish (Advanced)
- 1 year of professional experience preferably in shared service centers
- 1 year of Master data management experience (desired)
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Works effectively in a fast:paced, dynamic environment, under pressure and with a high degree of professionalism
- Team player with a focus on collaboration
- Ability to operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
- Demonstrated commitment to education and professional development
- Demonstrated experience in shared services and/or migrations projects (knowledge transfer, process documentation, project management, status reporting and stakeholder relationship management)
