Customer:oriented Solution sales position
Natural ability to sense customer needs and illustrate solutions
Fluent or native English both written and oral
Experience working in the industry of SaaS
Ability to become an expert trainer of the product
Experience creating marketing campaigns in digital media
Responsible for taking transferred chats and phone calls to help customers realize value and leverage solutions
Responsible for creation and managing social marketing campaigns targeting the current topics hot in the client base
Software is already a success, customer acquisition and target market already well defined and functional, the key is reduction of attrition through education, training and problem solving.
Must be self:starter, self:motivated and highly organized.
