Amazon Business is looking for a Lead Generation account representative supporting our CA Sales Customer Advisors.
This team will support all industries by educating existing customers, and passing them to Customer Advisors to maintain and grow the relationship.
As this team is often the first touch to the customer, bar-raising professionalism and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Solving complex customer interactions and proactively detect negative trends.
- Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives.
Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
- BA/BS Degree
- Proficient in Sales Force and Microsoft Office.
