Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth.
Business Operator: Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/ benefit analyses.
Leading high-performing teams while orchestrating complex, cross-channel digital strategies for market-leading brands.
Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.
Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing driving process improvement initiatives administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Liaise with clients and deliver client asks.
Coaching and mentoring supervisors/ Managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams.
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with Sales supervisors.
