**About this opportunity**

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the Sales teams operational requirements and programs.
He/She will work with Sales and Commercial Leadership and the Manager of Sales Operations specific to North America contract strategy.
He/She will be responsible for the support of one of our Sales Ops Channels managing requests related to account and orders ownership, territory alignments and the identification of Insight issues, its reporting and follow up until resolution.
**In this role, you will**
- Act as main focal for offshore support team responsible for managing Sales Ops inbox requests handling them in a daily basis with expedited delivery.
- Identify and solve any account and orders ownership issues that Sales representatives report.
- Maintain integrity of existing accounts, contacts, programs, affiliation programs through the cleanup program effort and data integrity continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with Sales Reps to facilitate their usage of the Insight system and identify possible bug/issues that might be affecting the Sales team.
- Identify improvements, enhancements of the Sales operational processes and look to streamline those flows.
- Coordinate monthly operational meetings and presentation with key stakeholders.
- Other project work as assigned.
**In this role, you'll need **
- Normally requires a Bachelor's degree.
- Less than one year of directly related experience.
- May develop at this level for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in English (B2+ or above).
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals under pressure.
- Ability to business partner with senior sales leadership, IT, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can take a core of an idea and develop an analytical model to drive optimization.
- Drive and passion for our business.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
SQL skills preferred.
