This individual will play a key role in recruiting, training, and managing sales
representatives, while also driving performance and ensuring team goals are met.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma.
• Advanced English Level.
• 3 years of proven experience as a Sales supervisor.
• Background in sales within a similar industry, particularly with companies serving agents involved in bill payment or remittance services, is highly desirable.
• Own vehicle and driver's License.
• Availability to travel across the country as needed.
