Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead the development of a high performing sales team.
This individual will play a key role in recruiting, training, and managing sales
representatives, while also driving performance and ensuring team goals are met.
The ideal candidate
is a proactive leader with a strong background in sales, capable of motivating others, implementing
effective strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Adm, or related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in sales team management.
• Background in sales within a similar industry, particularly with companies serving agents involved in bill payment or remittance services, is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, in a professional Environment
Driver's License and Own vehicle.
