Salesforce Senior Consultantto join our team in

Costa Rica (CR).
The Senior Consultant for the SaaS Practice will be responsible for the implementation of on:demand consulting practice (SaaS) SalesForce (SFDC) client projects. The Senior Consultant is a client:facing position that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong client relationship skills. The Senior Consultant may hold end:to:end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering and documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables. Engagements will require the hands:on participation of the Senior Consultant as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.
Client Delivery
:Manage and complete system configuration and user setup as needed
:Document and implement configuration changes and data mapping requirements as needed for the engagement
:Manage and execute on the process of gathering, documenting, and maintaining business/process workflows following standard processes and procedures (business process reviews
:Work with assigned Project Managers to fully communicate requirements to the technical team and with clients before solutions are designed and implemented
:Provide quality assurance on client deliverables
Experience Required
:B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
:7: 10 years in one of the following: consulting or client service delivery
:2:5 years experience contributing as a direct resource on enterprise software deployments
:Experience with system implementation, analysis, and data modeling. Deep Knowledge of CRM systems and implementation required, specifically with Salesforce and/or Financial Force
