As a SAP Service Ops Manager you will:
Leads the SAP Operations related to SAP Portals. Manages platform operational work handling services for SAP systems (incident, problem, change, conduct service delivery and lead Implementation for SAP Portals Landscape (example. Upgrades, Service Packs installation). Leads the Governance Service with service providers to assure QoS (Quality of Service).

Qualifications
- Graduated in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields
- Hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting targeted SAP systems and/or SAP Portal
- Knowledge in monitoring tools, application performance monitoring tools, operational dash-boarding
- Knowledge in networking and web standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, web security, switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls
- Have good command of English Knowledge (B2
