Position Purpose and Summary
The Role is responsible for the Solution Manager support operations, lifecycle management, CHARM, E2E
monitoring, Solution Documentations and other solution manager functions.
This position must understand the SAP technical architecture, high level functional process and customer
requirements to perform this role. They will ensure adherence and adoption of best practices for technical
cutovers while leading through influence and collaboration to direct work across multiple technical
teams. Additionally, they must be able to clearly communicate status, issues, and risks to various levels of
the organization.

Execution
Design, implement, test and Support : ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation and/or Test workbench
Continuous Improvement
Explore new trends in SAP Solution Manager usage
Education
BA/BS in computer science, information systems, management information systems or technical related degree
Experience
3:5 years of related Solution manager experience
Over all IT experience of 5+ years
Skills
Design, implement, test and Run ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, OCC, ITSM, Solution Documentation and/or Test workbench
Basis Support Experience : Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Performance Analysis
Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP Solution Manager landscapes including integration to third party tools like ARIS, HP ALM, CA Wily, HPQC.
Review project requirements and identify gaps in the functionality of the Solution Manager application in both the project management and monitoring areas
Initiate, coordinate and deliver development and implementation of system changes and work closely with SAP Solution Manager technical developers to ensure accurate and timely code that matches the designs
Explore new trends in SAP Solution Manager usage, Monitoring capabilities
Experience in SAP Business Domains(any)
Experience with high level functional processes
Experience setting, implementing and optimizing processes.
