We are looking for a senior profile with a minimum of 1-2 years of exp in similar roles.
- Experience in leadership roles within an agile software development team, managing multiple teams, and contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to motivate and mobilize team members, English advanced
- Strong understanding of CI, DevOps TDD BDD practices, IT/software process improvement methodologies, and Atlassian tooling suite (i.e.
Jira and Confluence)
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Relevant years track record as a Scrum Master and/or with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban, Skills Certified (preferred).
Knowledge of Agile practices.
- Bachelor's degree (Systems Engineering or related), with a desire to work in an information systems environment.
