We are currently seeking a SCRUM Master Product Owner to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR:H), Costa Rica (CR).
Qualifications
Expertise in Agile software methodology, with certification in Scrum : Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or related training
Leading and coaching teams through an agile transformation
Education
Bachelors degree, in engineering, computer science, IT, or MIS
Experience
2 or more years successfully working as Product Owner with hands on experience DevOps, Kanban, SAFe or Nexus.
Skills
Thorough understanding of multiple System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies with an emphasis on Agile
Demonstrates solid experience on:
Demonstrated successfully experience developing and managing new product features, including a proven ability to champion product enhancements throughout the lifecycle and through to successful launch.
Refines backlog based on product changes, dev progress and stakeholder feedback
Clearly expresses product backlog items
Ensures that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the delivery team will work on next
Ensures the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed for implementation
Is the sole person responsible and accountable for managing the Product backlog
Collaborates in development of the Sprint/Iteration Backlog, and setting of the Sprint Goals
Decides whether to release an increment of functionality
Strong agile methodology knowledge with hands:on experience in a key role such as Scrum Master or a Product Owner highly desirable
Advanced English level
Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills and interpersonal skills
