The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting accounting changes in the organization
Data analysis to provide accounting solutions
Coordinate projects in the team and in any global or local effort
Prepare report outs for Management (indicators, project status, etc.)
Management of external audits (financial, tax, PROCOMER)
Identify efficiencies opportunities for the team
Support and partnering with other organizations such as Accounting, Taxes, Legal
Deal with ambiguity
Soft Skills Required:
o Financial Analysis
o Managing Programs, Projects, and Processes
Licenciatura degree in public accounting
4 years of relevant experience.
Accounting Acumen Knowledge (incl. USGAAP, IFRS)
Free Trade Zone requirements knowledge
Data Manipulation and use of tools such as Power BI knowledge for reporting purposes or analytic tools
