Requisitos:- 10+ years program management background - Experience setting up a program office
- Experience with end to end execution of strategic business programs (without technology enablement)
- Experience working with program execution with Legal (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, templates, and techniques
- Proficient use of Smartsheets (required)
- BS/BA degree in Business or Technology-related field (required)
- Project Management certification or equivalent (required)
- Ability to drive collaboration across business and technical teams
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Ability to identify the best fit project methodology/approach to a project or business problem
- Problem-solving attitude to conflicting negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environmentActividades a realizar:- Align and engage with stakeholder organizations
- Create charter (including success metrics), program funding request and business case
- Develop Program Strategy, Prioritization and Phasing
- Setup a Strategic Realization Office (PMO Office) to help track the progress of the portfolio of projects and realization of business outcomes
- Collect and report on metrics to demonstrate portfolio's progress of projects and programs against their planned goals and deliverables
- Provide consultation and assistance to project teams towards effective management of projects based on PMO best practices
- Manage and maintain effective portfolio dashboard scorecards
