POSITION GOALS
Establish strategic partnership with key stakeholders at client Provide expertise in Construction & Project Management domain, relative to technologies such as BIM360 Collect and report out on key insights gathered from case work Create, refine, and leverage advisory assets
Role Purpose
The mission of the Insights team is to deliver business intelligence, analysis and perspectives on relevant issues in the real estate technology market.
We do so by bringing domain expertise to our client's real estate technology programs, identifying gaps in our services or products, and converting information into actionable insights.
As an Analyst, you will work closely with other domain experts and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business intelligence gained from client case work into actionable insights.
You will be responsible for solving our client's problems through analysis of business requirements and critical thinking.
On account, you will be working with key stakeholders in Design & Construction Management, focused on gathering requirements, paint points and insights around their construction management platform.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Strategically partner with key stakeholders to make informed decisions about approach and share best practices and improvement opportunities relative to technology systems
Collect, analyse, and report out key strategic insights garnered from case work and market trends
Streamline processes, automate, and improve efficiencies in customer deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional team, turning information into value, identifying desired end state and anticipated business value/impact.
**This individual will**:
Bring a strong background with proven experience in real estate domain, specifically Design & Construction Management Work with various areas and teams to share and build upon best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Experience working with construction management platforms, such as BIM360 Create quality deliverables by establishing structure and content, and leveraging existing assets to ensure a high standard of quality and timeliness Transform data into actionable insights or recommendations for our internal team
