We are looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced to join our team. As a Marketing Sciences Analyst, you’ll work with data in a variety of capacities to surface user-based insights, measure the effectiveness of digital experiences, and drive smarter business decisions. Note: This role requires an understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and digital analytics.
Responsibilities
Experience has taught you what works. Your long history in the game helps you choose the best way to move forward in your missions, and you will be responsible for:
Build and maintain data pipelines using cloud-based infrastructures to share information through dashboards and data visualizations.
Plan and develop performance dashboards (e.g. Tableau) that visualize data in intuitive and clear ways.
Use and apply statistical methods to better understand user behaviors and drive smarter business decisions.
Maintain a well-organized approach to a variety of projects and ensure on-time delivery.

So, what do you need to be successful? Besides a great attitude…
You must have:
5+ years of experience using R, Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for data extraction and analysis.
Proven experience on clearly delivering data findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including data modeling, querying, and dashboard development (using tools like Tableau).
Familiarity with website and digital analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, Google Analytics).
Strong communication skills in English (English level B2)
