Senior Developer - Ruby on Rails

What we expect
3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
Someone who is willing to share their knowledge & technical skills, eager to learn new technologies, frameworks and processes.
Knowledge of object oriented, design patterns and algorithms.
Good English knowledge is a must.
Git and the git-flow process experience.
Team player.

Nice to have
Experience with code review practices.
JavaScript knowledge.
RSpec/TestUnit or any other testing framework (e.g. End-to-end).
Knowledge of different Ruby gems.
Ability to evaluate and solve performance issues.
Experience working with Relational Databases
