The challenge Adobe is seeking a rockstar Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to provide critical financial, strategic and operational support for Adobe Advertising Cloud - a top five advertising company in the world and aggressively competing to address the massive $1T advertising market opportunity. This position will report to the Ad Cloud Finance Lead and will be responsible for both management reporting and driving sound business decisions. The Finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance deep financial analysis with evaluating business KPIs. Advertising is a fast-changing industry, and this Finance role will be equally dynamic – change is the only constant – as we adapt priorities to attack this exciting marketing opportunity.

What you’ll do

- Topline financial reporting (weekly/quarterly/annual) with supporting business insights
- Project-based initiatives (ask questions, gather data, analyze, present)
- Build complex yet intuitive financial models to identify risks & opportunities
- Partner with key business stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Drive process improvements to help scale the business
- Ad hoc financial analysis/modeling

What you need to succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 4-6 years full time work experience in a Finance capacity
- Diverse experience valued (strategy consulting, investment banking, successful startups)
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high priority projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong partnership capabilities, with the ability to influence others
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
- Aptitude to quickly learn and leverage technology solutions (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
