Senior Fullstack Developer

Encora is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer

Technical Skills Required:

- Proficient in C# and.NET Framework and.NET Core
- Proficient with all aspects of front-end development.
Including SCSS / CSS development and Javascript.
- Coding editors like VS Code and Visual Studio
- Responsive design using frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Visual design software a bonus - Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
- Able to use git version control
- Be able to implement security best practices for websites.
- Be able to implement accessibility best practices for websites.
- Be able to implement search engine optimizations best practices for websites.
Soft Skills:

- Curious mindset.
- Continuous learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills as will be interfacing with business teams.
- Empathy - can they put themselves in someone else's shoes.
- Organizational Skills - attention to detail.
Other requirements:

- English level: upper intermediate - advanced
- Allocated in Latam
