Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life.
In this role you will be responsible for shaping the Finance strategies, plans, and execution for the **FAB** (Flavored Alcohol Beverages) category, partnering cross functionally across the region, and with Coca-Cola bottling partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance leader to act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a "start-up" in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.
**What You'll Do For Us**
- Partner with Global & OU Category lead in the category assessment, development and growth acceleration opportunities in regional and local projects
- Partner with FAB & DP Finance Lead to drive growth and profitability in alignment with category financial strategy and models.
Lead FAB innovation projects & innovation gates, working together with FAB & DP Finance Ops
- Support financial business planning and forecasts of the FAB Category across LATAM
- Support granular volume and revenue projections (by brand, country, and time period)
- Ensure financial performance, strategy, and alignment with key Stakeholders
- Responsible for correct reporting of financial metrics around FAB
- Provide holistic understanding of the business performance to relevant stakeholders
- Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborating across stakeholders in LATAM
- Deliver core financial strategies, practices, and solutions to grow business profitability in a sustainable way
- Understand the impact of long-term shifts between channels, implications of investments and ensure contingencies in place to address threats and acceleration to capture opportunities.
- Manage discussions to facilitate strategic decisions and tradeoffs across the system to assess customer and marketing investment, as well as productivity opportunities by partnering with business unit and regional customers.
- Monitors stakeholder satisfaction as well as on-going action plans for improvement.
- Develop valuation models based on research of value drivers, economic environment of country, cost structures, pricing standards, prospects, and market information.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the system revenue performance of the business unit and drives for automation.
Leading the digitizing of our finance workflows and processes and owning the design and deployment of multi-dimensional models that leverage a data framework representing single sources of truth across multiple use cases.
- Provide volume forecast recommendation to the leadership team and provide analysis to support business activities in other areas.
- Create the annual business plan in cooperation with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Innovation, Brand, & Commercial), and utilizing insights to identify sources of growth opportunities.
- Communicate and influence effectively with peers, leaders, and executives
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related.
An MBA or related master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of financial planning (FP&A) or commercial finance experience with increasing responsibility and scope
- Previous Alcohol Industry experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish is also highly preferred
- Ability to work in a complex and matrixed network across Latin America
- Ability to understand and anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the Coca-Cola system
- Strong communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation and ability to partner and influence effectively with stakeholders.
