TheSenior [Bond] Market Analystin Refinitiv's Evaluated Pricing Operations is responsible for fixed income and derivative evaluation support and customer service. Refinitiv provides evaluated pricing on over 2.6 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third party vendors.
Day to day responsibilities include query case management and pricing production activities. The analyst will research all queries submitted by customers including coverage and quality requests. Pricing production involves the creation and maintenance of money market and credit default swap curves (CDS), client file creation, mortgage -backed benchmark pricing, and new issuance research.
The senior analyst will have prior experience in finance and customer service. Well qualified candidates would have financial data experience with general knowledge of mathematics and economics.

Pricing Production
Updating evaluated CDS levels
Updating real time mortgage-backed pricing model
Analyze and incorporate market color on bond prices
Researching terms and conditions on newly issued bonds
Preparing custom files for client delivery

Handle pre-sales requests relating to the pricing of sovereign, corporate, asset-backed, and municipal fixed income securities
Query case management of individual client price challenges and coverage requests
Assist in training of a team of customer service representatives
Customer service research projects and reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication, writing, and training skills
Customer service experience
The ability to work with large amounts of data in spreadsheets
Fluent in English
Desired Skills
Knowledge of fixed income and mathematics
Knowledge of financial markets
Familiarity with case management software
Programming knowledge (VBA, Python, SQL, etc.)
