Responsibility/Duty
Perform Operational Support for internal and external application integrations resolving issues in adherence to SLA. Address complex application software issues utilizing substantial and broad knowledge to resolves issues. Communicate and follow up with customers on issues during trouble:shooting, own action items, meet with customers for post:mortem analysis, and provide coaching/mentoring to teammates. Performs complex ongoing application and system support as a lead or key participant for data migration, data conversion, data loading, data routing, integration connectivitity, and performance improvement activities.
Create and maintain application integration environments, and leads or acts as a key participant in HyperCare periods after large releases or maintenance activities. Reviews and/or performs verification and validation testing activities to meet business requirements and ensure system/application quality. Includes testing for compliance with established TGRC standards.
Works with the IT business partnering capability, develops a relationship, and partners with management, consultants, and users to compile and prioritize enhancements, defect resolutions to applications, and successfully implement changes.
Provides substantial and broad expertise regarding the integration, application infrastructure, and deployment of applications across the business. Consult with Enterprise Architecture consultants, Business Unit IT, and Tartan teams on integration infrastructure architecture and design.
