Job purpose: The role specializes in the design, delivery, and management of end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure that DPDHL attracts, selects, integrates, engages, and retains people within the organization with the demeanor and abilities to meet the current and future needs of the business.
Working together with HR colleagues and line managers to optimize the use of these processes and tools, aligned with the DPDHL corporate strategy and goals.
You will be responsible for: Support recruitment process e.g. draft job descriptions, post vacancies on our internal/external job portals, this includes vacancies in Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, Insurance timely rejection of unsuccessful candidates Usage of sourcing tools such as advertisements, referrals, agencies, social media, direct search, and your own channels Provide recruitment system mentorship to both hiring managers and employees Using specific HR tools such as Sonru, Modern Hire, CRM, etc.
Act as an Avature Divisional Representative interim, approve and solve system requests, participate in testing new features Develop and implement system improvements What you will need to be successful: 7+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (automated video interviewing, video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Experience in sourcing (senior) professional candidates (legal, IT, finance, etc.) and dealing with senior leaders Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Avature, Taleo or Lumesse Knowledge of Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Experience in active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels Proficient in English and Spanish
