In this role you are the first point of contact for active sourcing and recruiting of tech and data talents.
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager your tasks include researching, identifying and actively approaching tech-talents on social media, business networks, career events and other channels.
You will be driving the implementation of suitable sourcing tools and develop target group-specific search strategies.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a tech environment
- Degree in human resource management, business, humanities or similar field of study or comparable qualification
- Knowledge about dealing with active approaching of applicants, e.g., LinkedIn, social media, recruiting platforms, Boolean search
- Experience in how and where to reach your target grout and to inspire them for us as an attractive employer
- Enjoy communication with people, talent to be able to interact successfully with others and open winning personality
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
