The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst will primary resource leading a Salesforce project. They are a client:facing consultant that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong communication skills. The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst may hold end:to:end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables. Engagements will require the hands:on participation of the Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.
Required Skills:
Prior experience with the configuration and implementation of Salesforce functionality
Firm understanding of Salesforce best practices
Prior experience working on an agile project
Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities or Custom cloud
Prior experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Salesforce Certifications: App Builder and Admin required
Salesforce Certifications: Adv Admin preferable
5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
8+ years of overall consulting experience
Responsibilities:
Host business requirements meetings with the client
Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders
Author business use cases and user stories
Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users
Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations
Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers and data consultants
Assist with User Acceptance testing
(Junior Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst)
Assist Senior/Lead Business Analysts with configuration tasks and documentation
Assist with the writing of business use cases and user stories
