Hologic is seeking a SharePoint Developer responsible for SharePoint online development in our IT Collaboration team.
The SharePoint Developer is a vital contributor to the organization and will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams to innovate the technology experiences and solutions provided by Hologic's Information Technology team.
As a SharePoint Developer, this person will support our initiatives to automate various manual, and repetitive business processes using SPFX, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Virtual Agent.
**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or related fields preferred

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of IT experience within a customer facing role.
- Good 'all-round' understanding of the Microsoft M365 Environment (Azure, AD, Office Packages, Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, Security and Teams)
- Knowledge in multiple coding languages React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph API and Rest API
- Experience with Power Automate and Flow
- Experience in Azure services

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

- Overall 3+ years of IT experience.
Should be from a programming background on any coding language (preferably.Net), with minimum of 2 years' experience with SPFX.
- Experience in building Apps using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Excellent interpersonal, adaptive communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance needs of many concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Outgoing, highly organized, persistent, flexible, and able to focus on long term goals
- Good problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Nice to have:

- Microsoft/Office 365 certifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Understand and engage in the design and development aspects of the Agile SDLC
- Administration, management, and maintenance of SharePoint, Box, Nintex, and Teams.
- Aid in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of collaboration solutions.
- Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions within the proper collaboration platform.
- Troubleshoot issues; document findings/root cause/solutions/fixes and work within team and other IS resources.
- Function as a liaison between IS and business partners; serve as the primary point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Discern between the various collaboration solution technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify configurable and out-of-the box items and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.
- Ensure solutions are functional across devices including remote, browser, and mobile.
- Help facilitate collaboration solution adoption by business partners through outreach, training, and other applicable mediums.
- Provide input for the collaboration solutions product roadmap.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and policies within all the collaboration solutions.
- Coordinate external development workload, ensuring solutions are to specification and delivered timely.
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the collaboration solutions.
