We are currently seeking a ((Sharepoint Online and Microsoft Team Lead)) to join our team in ((San Jose de las Flores)), ((Heredia)), ((Costa Rica)).

At least 6 years supporting SharePoint environments, with at least 2 of those working with SharePoint Online

Experience with Microsoft Teams and its interaction with SharePoint Online is a must

Understanding and application of User interface/User Experience (UI/UX) concepts.

SharePoint Site Structure

Experience in development utilizing JQuery, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, AJAX, CAML, and SharePoint Designer.

Experience of SPFx based component developmet for modern sites.

Knowledge of features such as Custom Workflows, Forms Services and Excel Services.

Has been involved in SharePoint migrations, preferably between on:premise to the cloud

Experience with Hub and Communication site structure and usage
:
Knowledge of Microsoft Stream
:
Knowledge of other applications in M365 (Planner, ToDo, Yammer, OneDrive) a plus
Wide range of responsibilities.
Day 1 : Very Teams focused. Working supporting end users on how it works, troubleshooting issues with desktop sharing from a functional perspective. Monitors a Team site (Public MKS Teams Forum) and works with individuals on best practices and tips and tricks on being more productive with Teams. Keeps up:to date with the latest releases from Microsoft and has a pro:active attitude.
As time goes on, more advanced enhancements may be needed, E.g. supporting the connectivity of other applications with Teams (E.g. Jira, Salesforce)
Support the migration from SharePoint on Prem to SP:Online. May be involved in converting Workflows/Forms.
Good experience with UX a major plus.
Must be able to work a US TimeZone (PST,CST,EST all fine)
