Responsibilities:

:

Monitor the 5 P and acute;s of marketing (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) for all categories and sales products of the different purchase environments and execute plan working with BDM, RRM and

In store for the assigned channel (s).

:

Lead the implementation of IMC (Marketing), Shopper Programs and new product launches in customers.
:

Develop and support the negotiation of promotions and exclusive activities to boost customer growth.
:

Monitor competitive activities in the POS, SOS (Share of Space) SOE (Share of Exhibition), SOF (Share of Features), Sell Out Activities and reinforce the promotional grid at the time required and make recommendations that ensure healthy growth of customers / CPG.
:

Analyze the coverage of Exhibitions and ensure compliance with the execution as negotiated based on In Store tracking.
:

Identify exceptions and propose solutions for the different meetings involved in the CBP process, develop plans for meetings of GAP, CAT / RE and LAM.
:

Perform the performance analysis and implications of the 5ps on the client to recommend action plans to the commercial team and upload the plans to the CBP tool.
:

Develop promotional Grid by client / CPG: aligning PTC WM, correct investment between clients and compliance with the TPR guide (discounts) and avoid activities that generate conflict between clients.
:

Carry out the strategic planning and distribution of the GTNs investment per client.
:

Estimate incremental quantities (DP) to ensure off shelf implementations in different activities and business dynamics.
:

List and Unlist Sku and acute;s for all assigned clients.
:

Manage Customer Promotion budget including E:Buy processes.
:

Identify Sell out activities with D sku and acute;s and des:listed products.
:

Supervise the ideal assortment to find opportunities for discontinuations or entry of SKUs and align with RRM and BDM.
:

Ensure the post:evaluation of the key promotions, together with the financial one, carrying out a quantitative and qualitative analysis, communicating the results to the commercial team and using the results of the evaluation to redefine the promotional tactics.

: Lead and communicate the POP process including:

Request authorization with customers and execution of POP materials (meshes, strips, etc.)

Define and adjust the amounts of POP to be implemented by In Store.

Follow up the POP approval process

:

Create and lead the incremental archive by Client / CPG ensuring the correct amounts for all promotional activities.
Support the Sales Administration process:

Participating in T2T / JBP meetings (Support and plans with activities to accelerate
