Our Consumer Health Care Products segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.
Our Shopper Marketing supervisor is responsible to provide on-going input to Marketing (investment choices, in-store presence, launch windows, competitive response) to win in the local market. Plan and align Key Programs to achieve Retail Environment needs, based on clients capabilities & RGM strategies. Execute local marketing mix (5Ps) for trade activations, to change shopping behavior and drive purchase of our brands. Ensure Trade Investment sufficiency, on-going management & reconciliation. Conduct post event analysis of all plans.
Responsibilities:
Guaranteed Activation Dashboard, Promotional Grid & Key Program Ownership: Plan, align, lead, control & manage SM Plans. Deployment of Trade Materials. Commercial 5Ps on-time and accurate. Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer’s Marketing, Demand Planning & Merchandising teams).
Excellence in Execution: Develop and deliver tools for sales teams. Assure correct volume to execute Shopper Building Blocks & Key Programs to execute with excellence.
Promotional BME Management & Allocations
Payout: Conduct pre and post event analysis of Shopper Marketing Programs.
Extended Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise POS Activator to ensure the correct implementation of Shopper Marketing Strategies and 5Ps. Accountable for Best in Execution, be point of contact to Sales Team (KAM) to ensure the execution & training to merchandisers.
Supervise routes in each country for Merchandisers team according to RTM Plan (once a year review).

Shopper Marketing: Leadership skills, strategic & analytical thinking, Retail Environments understanding, RGM fundamentals, negotiation skills, sense of urgency, decision making, results oriented, encourage team work & people management.
Qualifications
We are looking professionals with these characteristics:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, sales or relatives
At least 2 -3 years of experience in similar roles as Key Account Executive, Shopper Marketing Analyst or Activator, Trade Marketing or Trade execution roles
Knowledge / Experience in sales plans, Data Analysis, Key Performance indicators control and trade executions
Intermediate-Advanced English level
Availability to travel outside GAM area
Driver's license is a must
