Business Summary :

We are looking for a Software Developer - Authentication Services with extensive experience working in a complex computing environment to join our Corporate IT Operations team. You will work as part of a team that provides operational support for the services like, Active Directory, PKI, MFA, and LDAP. A deep understanding of Linux OS, Active Directory, PKI, LDAP and PowerShell/ Python. To be successful, you will need a good technical orientation; be a creative problem solver; be self-motivated to advance in the field; and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Role and Responsibility:

- Perform performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, continual improvement

- Deploy and maintain Authentication services infrastructure for a Production that requires 24/7 accessibility

- Work with other systems administrators on maintenance of various environments globally

- Perform tasks that are often unstructured and address issues that are less defined requiring new points of view and creative approaches

- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual applications as and when required

Required Skills:

- 2 to 4+ years of experience supporting production systems

- 2 to 4+ years of experience with Windows OS / Linux operating systems
- Strong Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python & PowerShell

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; including documentation

- Ability to handle multiple complex tasks, with tight deadlines concurrently

- Demonstrate ability to perform well in a dynamic environment, with on-time delivery

- Demonstrate ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues

- Demonstrate ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting update, technical or architectural diagrams and flowcharts

- Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards relating to storage and systems management

- Ability to collaborate with a team working across multiple locations
- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions

- Ability to work On-Call rotation schedule, one weekend a month

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of LDAP, and Linux OSes

- Knowledge of Python and/or PowerShell

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
