**Job Summary**
**Job Location: Work from Home in Costa Rica**
**Responsibilities / Essential Functions**
- Develop and implement production quality software with mínimal defects.
- Write high quality, maintainable code following SOLID principles.
- Responsible for the adherence of PairSoft's software engineering standards.
- Comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes.
- Willingness to test code both at a unit and functional level.
- Ensure user documentation is completed for all software development projects.
- Regularly participate in code reviews.
- Actively participate in the Agile process.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience as a.Net Developer.
- 3+ years of experience in C#,.NET Core.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL server.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Experience with development tools for CI/CD, unit, and integration testing.
- Azure experience.
- Angular or React experience.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Client Communication
- A good Team Player
- Highly motivated & self-driven with a proven ability to perform multi-tasking.
- Achieving assigned deadlines
- Never give up attitude
- Experience working in a startup environment with a global team will be an added advantage.
