- Software Support Engineer intermediate is responsible for monitoring the production environment, scheduled batch jobs, incident management and analyzing, resolving or escalating to L2 support.
_
**What you'll do**:
- Work in a 24/7 environment and on-call rotation (1 weekend every 4 weeks)
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving live production issues in a timely and efficient manner and escalate to L2 support if necessary
- Performing daily proactive health checks of the environment, taking preventative measures, with the assistance of L2 support
**What experience you need**:
- 2+ years of experience working in a **production support environment or Jr. development role**
- 2+ years of experience/knowledge working with **Java**
- Proficiency in reading, writing and understanding English B2+
