San José, San José Province, Costa Rica Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Job duties: Preparing content for job adverts, training materials and process documentation for the recruitment&onboarding team Sourcing / screening / onboarding candidates for various project and programs Leading, coordinating and monitoring the projects' recruitment and onboarding teams Communicating with different roles in a project to develop sourcing and onboarding strategies and processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers Responsibilities: + Research new ways of improving the recruitment activities and processes + Build networks to find qualified passive candidates + Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of projects and programs + Support the team in improving the company's online profile (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/etc.) to assist in recruiting + Identifies and recommends most suitable crowd resources with matching expertise to project/task requirements + Utilize on-line systems and tracking databases to maximize efficiency, team member engagement and firm profitability + Search proactively ways to improve/streamline processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers + Administrative duties and recordkeeping + Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting + Maintain the quality of the pools of resources + Participate in the Resource Planning for various projects and in the prospects' resourcing estimation + Assign resourcing / onboarding requests to the recruiters and coordinate the teams + Flag possible risks in the completion of the assignments and identify solutions + Monitor the recruitment progress and support the recruiters Qualifications and skills + Recruiter with in-depth knowledge of different sourcing and onboarding methods and platforms; minimum 2 years experience in handling various recruitment and onboarding tasks + Excellent English skills + Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures + Highly organized, manages stress and is able to handle tight deadlines + Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members + Active and engaging social media presence + Ability to think critically and apply judgment when executing processes + Strong customer service focus + Strong creative thinking and puzzle solving skills + Excellent skills in coordination and organizational management, including: team building, scheduling, negotiations, conflict resolution and delegation + Proficiency with spreadsheet and word-processing software and understanding of basic financial concepts such as Gross Margin, Budgets, etc. + Desirable qualities: flexible, creative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solution-oriented + Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment
