Advanced level of Portuguese (written & verbal).

- 1+ years of relevant work experience or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
- Computer literacy - Intermediate to Expertise level in Excel, Word, Outlook and switch between various software's used by the company.
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form.

- Maintain, manage and regularly audit all digital & physical personnel files.
- Partner with diverse HR teams, provide support and process transactions to deliver a top-notch day one experience to new hires.
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accuracy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and trouble shoot issues.
- Ensure service level commitments and quality standards are met.
- Support and train new hires, involve in audits and reviews of others work.
- Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
