Sr. Business Analylstto join our team in
San Jose,
San José (CR:SJ),
Costa Rica (CR).

The selected BSA is expected to take a senior role in the gathering and documentation of requirements, in the analysis of existing business process, coordination of testing activities and in the identification of process issues and improvements.

Services to be performed may include, but not be limited to the following:
* Understanding the goals and business needs of an organization and recommending potential solutions
* Evaluate a solutions ability to meet the needs of the business and deliver value
* Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives
* Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to identify and build proper business cases.
* Discovering, documenting and improving business processes at varying levels of detail, both graphically and with text
* Manage, communicate, and represent requirements throughout the life of a project
* Elicit requirements from a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders
* Analyze and document requirements using graphic and text based techniques (activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, etc.) to create requirements deliverables
* Collaborate with business analysts working across various workstreams to ensure requirements quality and avoid missed requirements
* Leading cross:functional meetings to elicit requirements from subject matter experts to determine potential conflicts/other requirements that may exist in other areas.
* Communicating and representing requirements to stakeholders throughout solution development
* Identifying, designing and implementing solutions to address call center and contact management needs using best in class techniques and platforms.
* Lead the implementation and configuration of call center and contact management solutions
* Educate / Mentor stakeholders in the use of call center and contact management solutions
* Analyze the impact of technical and non:technical changes across an enterprise
* Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
* Coaches, motivates and guides team members and junior business analysts.

Skills, abilities, and experience will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Must be comfortable in a hands:on consulting role : leading clients through the entire Requirements Management lifecycle from defining a model to enterprise adoption.
* Exceptional ability to translate between non:technical business users and technical IT resources.
* Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written, for internal and external clients a must.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and offer creative solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Experience implementing and configuring call center platforms preferred.
* Experience with SAP a plus.

* Experience with PROS a plus.
* Experience with Jira software preferred.
* Ability to work in a matrix organization; proven ability to work within large, diverse teams
* Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organization boundaries
