**Responsibilities**:
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences
- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience taking a computer vision-based project from the initial concept to production
- Experience or strong familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow
- Experience iterative training and serving computer vision models
- Experience in Cloud based AI/ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI
- Experience developing software and algorithms for computer vision, image classification and text extraction
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with open source computer vision and linear algebra frameworks
- Strong instincts for efficiency and optimization
- 3-4 years coding experience in one of these languages: Python, C++
- Highly competent in computer vision techniques and software libraries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
