About the role
Assure continuous improvement and conduct analysis tasks which assist decision making. Prepare and monitor the Companys budget and make the necessary financial analysis, which allow proper financial management
Your responsibilities include
:
Financial Area:
:Contribute to the development of the budgets, their control and variation analysis.
:Conduct financial and budget analysis, generating reports for managerial decision making.
:Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts which are then sent to the Headquarters.
:Generate month closing reports, financial and budget analysis for managerial decision making.
:Determine the financial impact on the accounting cycle; analysis and follow up of variations to the standard.
:Promote a satisfactory level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company.
Costs Area:
:Contribute to the definition of anual Std Costs
:Contribute to defining strategies which allow continuous improvement of the competitiveness of the costs of products manufactured in Costa Rica.
:Generate and engage in cost reduction projects. Additionally, team work with other departments will be fundamental.
:Promote a satisfactory level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company
What were looking for:
:Experience: 5+
:Licenciature: Public Accounting, Bussiness Administration or related field
:Technical competency: SAP, Costing System, Budgeting and control methods, Local and US accounting standars, Free trade zone rules
:English level: 80:89
