About the role:

Support the design, development and test of embedded firmware by automating various development tasks and flows. Provides the infrastructure automation required for the development of high:quality software.
Yourresponsibilities include:
:
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for various firmware design and testing flows.
:
Participate in the development of specifications, architectures, designs, schedules and test plans related to product development activities and product upgrades.
:
Use standard design processes to support product development and improve productivity.
:
Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
:
Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
:
Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects by providing the backbone tools and flows to the development team.
What we are looking for:
:
Academic Background: Computer Engineering or related field.
:
Required skills: Proven understanding and development of software lifecycle flows, which include: CI/CD, unit testing, verification automation, test automation, hardware/software interfaces and deployment automation.
:
Use and familiarity with some of the following tools for development automation C, scripting languages (PHP, Python), Jenkins, release engineering in GIT version control system (rebasing, merging C++ code base), Mercurial.
:
Desirable: Experience with Matlab, Labview, Phabricator, Git Pipelines, docker containers. Other CI/CD frameworks.
:
Medical industry experience is desired but not required.
