Job Description
The Sr. IT Finance Manager position is located in San Jose, CA is responsible for coordinating/managing all activities related to month end, forecasting and budgeting in order to ensure accurate financial statements and forecasting.

- Manage a team in the IT Finance Enterprise Performance Management team and work with Finance functions including Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and various other department leaders to understand their current and future financial system andinformation needs and determine how Flex Finance systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet the needs of the organization
- Direct daily Enterprise performance management activities around supporting the Flex Month End Close requirements in order to maximize system utilization and support business needs
- Provide technical &/or project leadership for mid to large-scale projects in the Financial Consolidation and Reporting space
- Plan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure that Flex Financial reporting and consolidation systems such as SAP BPC function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the Flex Finance Enterprise Performance team located around the worldto ensure that the organization’s information systems are supported effectively and within budget
- Manages the relationship with internal and external service providers. This includes managing the service level agreement, change management, maintaining a thorough understanding of cost issues including participating in negotiation of new cost schedules
- Oversee System Scale-ability and stability including business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation and documentation
- Talent management including potentially selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Technology with equivalent inverse experience
- Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience
- Must possess strong communication and leadership skills in order to engage effectively face to face with Finance and IT leadership
