Job Description

We are seeking a highly results-oriented, collaborative, creative, and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to lead Log(n)’s Marketing Team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through online acquisition marketing and content development. The manager will build and maintain successful demand generation programs that drive qualified leads into and through our marketing funnel.

This position reports to the founder of the company and represents a tremendous opportunity to further develop and scale our demand gen engine - with an emphasis on paid media, content marketing, SEO, website management, and marketing analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of marketing experience under his or her belt who wants to move into a position of a deeper scope. Job Responsibilities

- Lead all marketing efforts including managing websites, blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media management, SEO, SEM, PPC, Conferences as well as managing Log(n) brand.

- Launch, test, and optimize online marketing campaigns and growth strategies; Develop a high growth, revenue-producing online lead generation, and candidate recruiting and customer acquisition strategy.

- Develop and manage paid digital marketing budget, campaign priorities and investments, and campaign pacing.

- Lead all SEM efforts, including SEO and PPC - AdWords, Display, Paid Social, Retargeting. Plan, deploy, and optimize SEM programs to achieve growth targets - campaign and ad development, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.

- Take on website management - refinements, editing and posting, ongoing performance monitoring, and recommendations. Take leadership role in ensuring that inbound traffic can be converted into leads through an efficient and streamlined online experience.

- Produce/manage the production of marketing content (videos, ads, landing pages, blogs, other ) to support demand gen campaigns and to broaden the distribution of Log(n)’s content to generate leads/traffic.

- Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success. Ensure lead volume and quality is where it needs to be.

- Consistently test and enhance demand gen activities through measurement and optimization. Define KPIs and develop dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress relative to ROI and pipeline generation, and revenue attribution, campaign investments.

Qualifications

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience executing and optimizing online marketing campaigns with proven ability to increase ROI through web and content marketing, SEO, SEM, paid social/other PPC demand sourcing.

- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and other social media campaigns

- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), online ad managers (AdRoll, Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn ), Salesforce.com, and marketing analytics systems.

- Track-record of delivering qualified traffic for acquisition and conversion - demand creation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

- Demonstrated graphics ability to conceive and develop relevant and compelling content (videos, infographics, collateral, landing pages, blogs) to support lead gen campaigns

- Highly analytic and metrics-driven; Strong analytical skills and adept at quantitative analysis in Excel and marketing analytic platforms.

- Excellent English writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form); Clear and compelling communication skills.

- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.

- A high degree of ownership, organization, and results-orientation - self-starter and a motivated individual who likes to own and optimize programs from start to finish.

- Passion for marketing, technology, customer experience, and growing a business.

- Thrives in a team environment, has a positive attitude, an energetic personality, and the personal drive to learn and grow.

- Prior experience working with Software recruiting or consulting firms a plus.

- BA/BS/MBA with marketing experience
