Looking to make a difference and collaborate in a newly created Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on Salesforce Customer Relationship Management? Boston Scientific is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to join our Global IS Customer Relationship Management Center of Excellence (COE). As a Senior Salesforce Tech Lead, you will support our Sales and Services global functions by being the expert on how BSC is utilizing the Salesforce product.
YourResponsibilities
:Liaise with business partners to understand business processes and prioritize needs.
:Work on support requests with business partners and developers to ensure successful use of developed functionality
:Work with business users and architects to define and document detailed user stories, process flows, and data models
:Complete administrative tasks such as profile and role, validations rules, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
:Work with Integration, Developer and Quality Assurance team members to ensure user needs are complete, understood, and properly implemented.
:Enforce the intake process and Agile methodology.
:Ensure sustainability and extensibility of the requirements for which you are responsible.
:Maintain documentation on requirements for which you are responsible: user stories, backlog, data models, triggers, and descriptions of how each business function is using the object.
:Identify areas for process improvement and establish effective and efficient processes

Basic Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree plus 5+ Years' Experience as a Business Analyst.
:2+ years of analysis experience in large global implementations of Salesforce.
:Experience with Sales and Service Cloud capabilities to include Case Management and Knowledge Management.
:Strong functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks including, and not limited to: Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, triggers approvals, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
:Experience with Salesforce Reporting functions including dashboard and report design.
:Experience partnering with Services and Sales business functions.
:Experience with integration, including SAP ECC and Sales Reporting.
:Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members.
:Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
:Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certification preferred.
:Experience creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans is preferred.
:Experience with Agile software development methodologies and sprint/scrum processes.
:Experience with Marketing and Communities Cloud capabilities preferred.
:Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred.
