Requisition ID: FIN002365 Within the Global Business Services (GBS) Technology, Data, and Analytics organization, the Automation Architect will closely work with our global process owners (GPO), our Business Services Centers (BSC), and the Information Technology Development Team (IT) to implement RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions and guide them through their automation journey. This role will independently fulfill client facing functional and technical roles leveraging development and architecture skills and work with a team of developers to translate complex technical solutions into specific business outcomes. This role will report to the RPA Governance Leader.
Primary Activities

Design solutions utilizing RPA and non:RPA tools and maintain responsibility for project delivery with the delivery team

Consult with partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including solution design, development, testing and risk identification/mitigation

Contribute to the development of governance, methodologies and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel for the GBS RPA implementation
:
Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs
:
Develop Detail As Is Process Description : PDD (Process Description Document) and review the Detailed To Be Automated Process Description : PQD (Process Qualification Document)

Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows and Visual Business Objects

Create and document procedures and scenarios
:
Manage Agile activities to deliver each automation for a specific GPO domain including design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions

Work within project planning constraints, communicate and manage identified project risks and issues, provide inputs to the change control process, and document best practices

A minimum of three to five (3:5) years relevant work experience
:
Bachelors Degree in an engineering or technical/computer science concentration
:
At least 2 years of RPA Design and Development experience in any market leading RPA Technology (ideally UiPath)
:
At least 3 years of software delivery using Agile methodology
:
At least 2 years of process design and process improvement experience
:
Project Management experience (certification is a plus)
:
Exposure to Finance process review/improvement is a strong plus
:
High motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented

Ability to function in a high:volume setting with tight deadlines
