**The Opportunity**

**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Create recruitment advertising and online postings, developing strategic applicant sourcing techniques and recruiting solutions.
- Attend recruitment events as needed.
- Assist in the New Hire Orientation.
- Achieve the Talent Acquisition KPI's.
- Prepare reports documenting recruitment activity and effectiveness.
- Lead and/or contribute in multidisciplinary projects for the continuous improvement of the TA function.
**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Psychology, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Ms. Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Intermediate level of English required.
**Preferred Qualifications & Education**
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing HR programs
- Master's degree
- Familiarity with Workday or another related business management software
