We are currently seeking a Sr Test Engineer Lead to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR:H), Costa Rica (CR).
Required:
Computer engineer
Selenium , RQTP
Exposure testing Citrix Vmware : global model
Automation engineer : java
US health plan experience
Test strategy
Test planning
Test metrics (examples: how many test cases were executed and what is the test aging)
Ability to communicate to senior management (example: will present the metrics at a monthly steering committee meeting)

Specific Job Responsibilities
:Create and assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management.
:Requirement Gathering, understands software requirements and get clarifications
:Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan
:Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios and other design documents and review the same
:Create strategy around test data required for testing and configures the required test beds.
:Review manual and automation test script and execution.
:Reporting around Manual and Automated Test Execution and Validation
:Test Result documentation and defect management.
:Test Management and test Strategy including Functional testing, non:functional testing and production monitoring
:Metrics management like, Execution summary, test coverage, in process defect density, Defect Aging, schedule variance, root cause analysis on not a defect etc.
:Guide and advise testers and work as SME for testing team
:Status Reporting
:Troubleshoot and support system and application problems
Required Skills and Experience
:Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
:Graduate Degree preferred, BS in Computer Science (or related field)
:7+ experience IT Experience with 5+ Test Management and strategy
:Exposure to Production Support testing experience where application has been tested for different kind of changes in production like Application Changes, Infrastructure change Security Changes etc.
:Exposure to test automation tool ex. TOSCA, Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT etc.
:Experience in creation of health plan system test strategy creation and implementation
:Understanding of both functional and non:functional testing
:Experience in test reporting and generation reports containingExecution summary, test coverage, in process defect density, Defect Aging, schedule variance, root cause analysis on not a defect etc.
Nice To have
:Experience in Health Care Payer Domain
:Understanding of EDI like 834, 837, 270, 271, 820,
:Experience with healthcare payer systems like OHI, FACETS, Xcelys etc
:Knowledge of Healthcare payer business claims processing and benefit configuration.
:Experience in Web Services Automation testing using tools like Postman, SOAPUI etc.
:Understanding of payer domain business process and application (custom or packaged application) to support testing activity like enrolment, quote to card , claim processing and payment etc.
:Exposure to Cloud platform like Azure, AWS, GCP
:Exposure to Nonfunctional and security testing
:Exposure to Mobile testing
