**Job Description**:
- Process on the different systems, according to the agencies we give services in Canada y USA, media documents (credits, debits, invoices) on an accurate and timely manner.
This requires understanding and analysis of the Media Process and in some cases, contact with agencies, vendors and other parties to have solutions to issues as a product of the information received and according to the SLA agreed.
- Review, analyze and process invoices as high priority on an accurate and timely manner.
- Reach out and chase intensely the buying team and media vendors to resolve as many invoices in query as possible to guarantee a fairly amount to be paid on a monthly basis.
- Attend meetings with the media vendors, Resources counterparts.
- Support and coordinate with the media supervisor other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic or Technic Education completed or initial studies on related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related major.
- Intermediate - Advanced English.
