Strategic Project Assistant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Innovation, or related fields with a focus on market research.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordinating and implementing learning processes.

• Full English proficiency for communication with suppliers and for learning new tools or learning platforms.

• Curious, innovative, and creative mindset.

• Strong results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to optimize time, costs, and human resources within company processes.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and suppliers aligned with the company’s strategic projects.

• Communicate and execute pilot tests, ensuring smooth integration of new tools and services.

• Prepare detailed summaries of evaluated tools, including analysis of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, limitations, deliverables, costs, capabilities, and pilot test outcomes.

• Support the integration of new dynamics, tools, and operational developments.
